Registration question

I have my TTR title and the bike is originally from MD, but never been registered anywhere I believe. I bought it last year, but I can say it was last week. Or perhaps DMV won't penalize me for being honest? Please advice. Does PNO rule apply to off-road vehicles as well. And what would be the fine? I wanna properly register it (green sticker).

Why not just call up the DMV and ask?

They don't know who you are when you call. Just ask them straight out, and then call again with your other, less-honest request/approach.

Not that I don't want to help you, but your question has fairly specific points, so finding out directly from the source would be much less run-around for ya.

I've called DMV many times for clarification on registration and other miscellaneous "DMV Rules," and besides the long telephone wait, each time I spoke with a representative, they were able to fully answer my questions.
