Husky enduro/supermoto compatibility

What's the difference between TE450 and SMR450 other than the entire front end? I mean If I have two stock front ends (dirt and SM) can I easily swap them? I also assume the SM shock can be ridden in the dirt, so it's only the matter of changing the rear wheel. If Huskys are compatible what about KTMs?

I believe the husky's are the same bike. The suspension might be valved differently. All you would need it an extra set of brakes, sprockets, and dirt wheels. KTMs are the same way, except some of the dirt models have 4 or 5 speed tranny's.
