Ok Guys and Girls,
We are about 3 weeks from Laguna Seca Superbike weekend (July 9-11th), and its time for me to start getting some planning done and letting my mom know how many to expect. For those that dont remember the last post, Dom and I will be travelling up north for the races this year, and my family has offered to open our home to anyone of my friends that would like to stay with us for the weekend (will save a ton of money from the motels). My NorCal place is about a 45 north of the track, and 5 min south of some of the best NorCal riding there is. The plan as i envision it.
Arrive Friday (7/9)
Do some riding Saturday mornin/afternoon. (7/10)
Hang out at Cannery Row Saturday night.
Attend AMA, WSB races Sunday(7/11)
Head back down south Monday.(7/12)
I will be DRIVING up on Thursday (7/8) night after work, and Dom will be RIDING up on Friday (7/9) morning. We will have parking for both bikes and vehicles if you want to tow instead of riding. I can take clothes and stuff for those that are riding.
Go here (http://www.laguna-seca.com/Tickets/index.cfm?Fuseaction=ViewTickets&EventID=1) to purchase tickets. I will be purchasing sunday general, Sunday grandstand (turn 11), and a paddock pass.
Please let me know if you will be attending, and if you will be riding or driving/towing. PM me with any questions.
DRIVING:
RJuan
Friedcfood (possibly meeting us)
Momentum + 1
AlexR6 + 1
Baby Alex
RIDING:
Dom
Ken Smith
Undecided (But will be attending):

I went last year, and it was one of the best vacations I have ever taken. The races were awesome of course. Cannery row is so cool because they block off the street, and only bikes can get in. I didn't see one cop harrassing anyone either. Lance and I rode from Monterey upto SanFrancisco after the races, and it was BEAUTIFUL! Everyone who rides should check this out atleast once. You guys are going to have so much fun.

Ken aka TappedOffRacing from scs Id purchase tickets online beforehand. Its more expensive at the gate. I prefer the T11 grandstands because you are on the front straight and can view the big TV screen to let you see whats going on around the rest of the track. Saturday does not seem worth it to me. Im gonna take anyone interested on some of the more famous NorCal roads on Saturday if you are interested, with a trip to Cannery Row on Sat night.

Ken Well, I was going to ride up but now it seems I'm not going to be able to make it at all. I hope you can find someone to ride with. Be safe.

Ken We'll probably leave from our house at 9am or so for the ride on Saturday. Give my roomate a call about riding up with him on Friday morning. He can be reached at 408-425-1055. His name is Dom. He'll be leaving early Friday.
