Joe, we were going like 5mph... how bad can it be? Umm... nevermind, Jake will probably disagree with me on this. :D
I think we need a new location. Remember when we were leaving, security showed up and took down our plate number? If we showup again, he might call in for the popos and probably impound our PBs(ha!) Also I'm not down w/ sand and gravel no more :(

Dont you want that to be outside the body or its just gonna restrict airflow.

It's taking the air directly from the front, just to the side of the front tire and under the exhaust graemlins/bash.gif So far, it's working pretty well... still need to adjust the carb a little though, running on the lean side now.

Sweet! I like the pegs, where did you snag those from? Not sure about the ram air though. Just slap on a cone filter.... they're $15 with the velocity stack.
BTW, that security guard probably patrols all the buildings in that area. Moving across the street would be useless. Its probably just as sandy there anyway.

Where at? I've been looking for one, 20+ on Ebay. The ram air works pretty well though, I was running rich at #3 on the carb needle position, now have to move it to #5 because the sparkplug was very white (lean). So I guess it's working :D I got the footpegs here, http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=11332&item=3694101865

Okay, anybody interested in PB race this weekend in Alhambra? I found a bunch of places near by fwy 10/Rosemead. One is all the way up on top of a building, no worry, they have walls and security fences all around so you won't fall down. Right next door, there's a gated parking that we can cross right through. Also, there are other places in the same area but I didn't look closely. Anybody? :D
