alternative colour schemes? :)

Greetings,

I know I'm new and stuff ... and probably haven't
"earned" the right to "complain" too much yet, but,
I'm colour blind and the current colour scheme is
just murder on my eyes.

I keep having to hightlight the links to be able
to read them.

I looked around but couldn't find a place where I
could change the "theme" or colour scheme of the
site.
