I placed an order with them a couple of weeks ago, was expecting it some time last week but it wasn't there. So I emailed them, then they send me an email back saying that either the card number is wrong or the CVV code is wrong. And they didn't bother to call or email me back? graemlins/argue.gif They had the nerve to tell me that the sales depart contacted me on the same day, I checked the phone number, card number, and my email in a printed copy and they are correct.... but heard nothing from them... dang, just pisses me off.

I need a bolt for the frame, and only they seem to have it. I ordered a few other things cuz shipping are going to come out to be the same. Man, I called and left a message, still no one called me back after 4 hours. This is not good customer service.

For OEM purchases I always order from Ronnie's. I would order from Cal-Sportbike, but they stopped carrying most OEM parts and pretty much stick to aftermarket.
