BT001 - PRO (http://mc.bridgestone.co.jp/en/products/battlax/bt001pro.html)
Yo Jikser...are these the same tires you have?? the guys at Fireblades were talking about the "older" 001Rs vs. these new ones the 001-PRO...are these the ones you have?
Have any you guys heard anything about these tires?? Word around the campfire is the Pirelli Diablos and these are the greatest thing since sliced bread...but of course what do I know right? graemlins/bash3.gif
These tires come with a warning!
< Warning: >
Battlax BT-001 series is designed for racing in closed circuit. Therefore, only the staffs with professional knowledge and experiences in the two-wheel race tires should handle the product. Please follow the tire compound application chart. The Instability/wobble may appear in high-speed ridings over the speed limit with insufficient set-up of motorcycle. Please consult with your local Bridgestone motorcycle representatives for availability.
You need to set your chassis up before riding...or you will get wobble. One of the track junkies at Fireblades said he hated these as he just put them on and went, and did not set up his chassis...he was slipping and getting wobble because his bike was not set up.
