I'm fairly sure you just change the favicon.ico file to change the default logo for this site. It gets confusing when everyone is using v-bulletin and doesn't change the default icon.

http://www.alforque.com/i/favicon.ico sbn in lower case. I can't do it from that picture because the "s" intrudes. Make one yourself at: http://www.html-kit.com/e/favicon.cgi
