If you're registered on the site 6/28/05 or earlier, most likely you have access to all the features and your account have been automatically upgraded. THERE IS NO NEED TO UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT!
If you're registered after 6/28/05, then most likely you will need to upgrade (http://www.sportbikers.net/forums/payments.php) your account to have larger custom avatar, send PM to multiple users, double the size of your PM box, have a signature, personalize your user title, and start your own thread in the For Sale forum.
