The only way you can tune your carbs is to buy a jet kit. I personally would not recommend it unless you're sure you have a problem... reason is that it's a LOT of work to install it over and over and over again until it finally has the setup you like. (On my CBR600, I've had the carbs off perhaps 30times before I finally liked it... your results may vary though)
If your goal is merely to improve the milage, you might first consider changing the gearing... Perhaps a Large sprocket has been installed on your bike? (Which would cause you to run at higher rpm's, and burn more gas)
