did the supermoto usa school yesterday at dixon. great time, great weather. brok mcallister, casey yarrow, matt wait, and garret willis were the instructors. got to rip around most of the day on xr100's and crf150's. learned a lot, for sure. here's a pic of me going under matt wait (yep, the ex 500cc gp racer) ... oh wait, he's wheelying past me there. must be the wrong shot...:dunno http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d123/norcal-drz/infineon-crf010906-412.jpg

Looks like fun. Did you guys work on dirt as well?

a little bit, a VERY little bit. went around a really small dirt/mud oval to get used to sliding the bike on dirt. used the xr100's. the rest of the dirt section w/ the jumps was pretty muddy and had some major puddles. it would need some work and another week or so of dry.

Did the skool provide the bikes?

yep...crf150's w/ 17's and 100's w/ sorta knobbies so they slid easily. i think there were 9 or 10 150's and 2 100's. brok also provides lunch and drinks for the day. mike doran was out taking photos the whole day as well. he burned and sold dvd's on site. and prints.
