I just got a jacket and i'm wondering what i can do to clean it in the case that it gets dirty. i know i probably can't be throwing it in the washer/dryer, but what do yall do to clean your leather jackets? Also, the leather is feelin pretty stiff right now, does it break in the more i wear it?

Warm water, then use a leather conditioner after to prevent drying & cracking. I should soften a little bit as you wear it more often.

I bought Chelsea's Leather food from NewEnough a while ago and use them on my suits. But I guess any kind of leather conditioner should work, since leathers are leathers. You just want to make sure that it won't remove the coloring :)

Chelsea's is wonderful stuff, but you have to constantly reapply. I also use Lexol leather cleaner and Lexol leather conditioner, and I'm really happy with the results.

lather conditioners all do the same basic thing just like anything else though some work better then others...i personally like the bug guts and rubber bits on my suit lol adds character....they go good with the battle scars
