Who's installed braided steel brake lines? Are they worth the small investment?
Friend of mine threw them on and love 'em. I rode his bike and hid breaks seem much much firmer than mine.
Lay it on me, is it worth it?

Yes. They are.
Don't forget to upgrade your pads at the same time. No point in using old pads with new lines.

I think they are. Especially if your lines are more that 4 years old and you've done alot of riding within that time.
IMO...for a brand new bike, I'd hold off and get something else. Like a damper. But that's just me.

if you're on the track at all they are worth thier weight in gold imo.....much better feel and no fade unlike stock lines once they get all hot

I think that they're kind of cool.
MUCH better feel and modulation ability that rubber lines. They keep their tight feel as well, for a long time.
I just installed a one piece Goodridge Superbike ft line in bright yellow, and Carbone Lorraine HH pads on my GSXR750, the stopping power is just incredible!!!!
