dont know if this is a repost, but here goes...

http://www.speedtv.com/articles/motoindustry/moto/22842/

"The new law is a major blow to motorcycling because Riverside County is a hotbed of OHV activity. It's the home and practice ground of racing heroes like Jeremy McGrath, Rick Johnson and Jeff Emig. Honda, Yamaha, KTM, Suzuki and Kawasaki have test facilities there. Plus, the county has some 30 OHV-related businesses and 48,000 registered OHVs. Moreland fears the new law could spark similar measures in California and around the nation. "

That law is BS. When I used to ride my quads, that was the nearest place to go ridding.

Time to go Judge shopping and find a friendly Judge that declares the ordanance "Unconstitutional". Then it will be like Prop 189, and just fade into nothingness.

Apparently Santa Barbara Co. is trying to pass a similiar law...

Coming to a county near you soon.

There are loopholes like a dual sport bike or if you can justify the use as needed for economic reasons. Bastards.
